As I take time to learn as much as I can about you, your background and current mindset, as well as your goals.

You’ll leave this session with a Plan created for YOU and your unique needs and goals.

3. Follow-Up Sessions [60 minutes]

As taking responsibility and making deliberate progress are crucial for growth, these sessions are likely the most valuable part of the coaching process.

Follow-up meetings help us evaluate your development, identify what’s working and what’s not, dive deeper into shifting your mindset and beliefs, and support you in overcoming any hurdles you encounter.

4. Ongoing Support + Accountability

Opting for a 3-month or 6-month package (with sessions twice a month) not only offers you a cost-saving benefit, but also ensures you stay committed to your personal growth. It provides you with continuous support and direct access to me between sessions, helping you stay accountable along the way.
